How to Add Effects in Windows Movie Maker
Step 1:
After you have installed Windows Movie Maker, open the utility by clicking the icon placed off the Desktop
Step 2: On the toolbar, click File –> Import Into Collections … or press Ctrl + I to open a Video or Video creation images to add effects.
Step 3: The following image files are opened will automatically be saved in the Collections section
You just need to drag these image files and drop them into the Timeline pane at the bottom of the widget
